Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Accurately enter new hire data and maintain employee records across multiple HRIS platforms.- Run audits and queries to identify data discrepancies; partner with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to ensure accuracy and data integrity.- Develop dashboards and visual reports using internal data and external resources to support strategic decision-making.- Provide timely support for payroll and benefits processing, ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.- Respond to inquiries related to HRIS data, payroll, and benefits via email with professionalism and clarity.- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes by managing related data workflows and system entries.- Maintain compliance with organizational procedures and assist with audit preparation and operational documentation.- Contribute to the development of HR data analytics and insights to improve business performance and employee engagement.- Share expertise with team members and provide training or guidance as needed.Education & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field; equivalent relevant experience considered.- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR data management or HRIS administration preferred.- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.- Familiarity with HRIS platforms; experience with ADP and Oracle a plus.- Ability to manage confidential data with discretion and professionalism.- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
