About the jobA public firm is looking for an experienced HR Data Strategy Manager to join their team.Your new companyAs a HR Data Strategy Manager, you will drive strategic planning and evidence-based initiatives by engaging stakeholders and translating insights into actionable strategies.Your new roleCoordinate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment.Conduct industry and workforce studies, analyze trends, and craft data-driven recommendations for strategic decisions.Support senior management on emerging issues, corporate strategy, KPI tracking, and government engagement preparation.Organize annual planning sessions, provide insights, and guide management in conceptualizing and communicating corporate strategy.Prepare and present reports, maintain clean data, and deliver actionable insights for organizational goals.What you needBachelor’s degree holder.Over 8 years’ experience in planning, policy, consultancy, and strategy formulation with data-driven focus.Proven analytical, writing, and communication expertise for delivering impactful insights and strategic recommendations.Experienced in project management, problem-solving, and leadership to ensure successful execution of initiatives.Meticulous, self-driven professional with ability to multitask and implement effective data strategies.Experience in team managementWhat you'll get in returnIn return, you'll be part of an organization that values its employees.
