Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop training programs for Soft Skills, Functional Skills, and Future Skills.Facilitate professional training sessions both on-site and online.Conduct Training Needs Analysis with relevant departments.Create engaging and practical learning activities.Develop training materials (slides, workbooks, e-learning, videos, interactive content).Evaluate training effectiveness and improve programs continuously.Coordinate with external partners and subject matter experts.Keep updated on trends in Future Skills, Digital Skills, and Leadership.Support key OD initiatives such as engagement, leadership, and talent development programs.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in HR, OD, Education, Psychology, or related fields.2–5 years of experience in training, curriculum development, or facilitation.Strong presentation and communication skills.Creative in designing learning activities and materials.Advantage: Knowledge in Future Skills, Digital Skills, Data Literacy, AI tools, or Digital Workplace.Proficient in tools such as Canva, Miro, and digital learning platforms.Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.Willing to travel for training sessions as required.
