As the HR Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's people strategy, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving organisational excellence.Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectivesForge strong partnerships with the Leadership Team to drive organisational successLead, coach, and mentor the HR team to deliver high-impact support across all HR functionsOversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talentDesign and implement competitive remuneration structures in line with local practices and company guidelinesManage corporate compensation processes, including Annual Salary Reviews and Incentive ProgrammesDevelop and execute Training & Development strategies to enhance employee skills and performanceDrive succession planning initiatives to ensure leadership continuity across all levelsOversee the Performance Management process, ensuring timely and quality executionImplement HR policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and local legislationUtilise HR analytics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the businessChampion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the organisationQualificationsDegree in HR, Law, Management, Finance, or a related field;Proven track record of leading an HR function of comparable scope and complexity.Experience in multinational environments.Strong command of English, both written and spoken.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.Additional InformationWe would like to meet Candidates based in Casablanca.
