【企業の特徴】Global Premium Beverage Company【仕事内容】【Overview of the position】We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Employee Engagement, Internal Communications, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for fostering a positive and engaging work environment, driving impactful communication strategies, and championing our commitment to social responsibility.【Key responsibilities】Employee CommunicationsDevelop and implement internal communication strategies to improve transparency, alignment, and culture across the organization.Craft clear and consistent messages that reflect the company's purpose and values, delivered through various channels such as the intranet, town halls, videos, etcEnsure consistency and alignment of internal communication activities between global and localEmployee EngagementPlan and execute engagement activities to foster connection and belonging among employees.Develop and manage employee recognition programs.Conduct employee engagement surveys and/or focus groups to assess employee sentiment and analyze/identify areas for improvementTake ownership of General Administration to improve Employee Experience in the organization.Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)Lead the development and implementation of CSR initiatives including DE&I that align with the company's values and commitment to community impact.Work with global and/or regional teams, Company group to localize and execute CSR programs.Drive internal campaigns to boost awareness and participation in CSR initiatives.Track and report CSR metrics.Stakeholder ManagementBuild strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support employee engagement, internal communications, and CSR efforts.Strategy & ExecutionCreate and execute communication strategies that drive a more united, collaborative, and engaged workforce.Content Creation & ManagementManage content across multiple enterprise channels, ensuring it is engaging and aligned with communication goals. This includes writing, producing, and distributing employee communications materials.Event ManagementPlan, manage, and execute internal events, including partnering with vendors, developing messaging, and overseeing logistics.Crisis CommunicationManage internal communication during periods of change or crises, ensuring transparency and clarity.Team Leadership/CoachingProviding leadership, coaching, and development to the team member.【応募資格】【Qualifications】Experience: 8+ years of employee communications, corporate social responsibility, or related roles, preferably within organizations with multiple regional offices.Good understanding of FMCG/alcohol/luxury industry, and working experience in multi-national organization would be a plus-Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences, human resources, Business Administration, or a related field【Skills】Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization is crucial.Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
