Ensure that all requests made by the customers are accurately and timely responded and or resolved. Collate and research necessary data for a particular task, project or report as well as analyze such information Always ensure data integrity in maintaining the Human Resource database systems and confidentiality of information To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Preferably a graduate of any Bachelor of Science or related Human Resource course Wide knowledge of general Human Resource administration polices and procedures Have undertaken at least two roles in an Human Resource operational or processing environment Proficiency and fluency in both oral and written English as well as to diplomatically communicate with all levels of management and staff Knowledge and experience in Human Resource system platform (SuccessFactors & People Insights preferred) Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
