Job SummaryAs an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit formalities. You’ll be the bridge between management and staff, ensuring a positive work culture, compliance with labor laws, and smooth HR operations.Key Responsibilities Recruitment & OnboardingSource, screen, and interview candidates for various roles. Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires. Employee Records & HR SystemsMaintain and update employee records in HRMS. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Employee RelationsAddress employee queries and grievances professionally. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Payroll & BenefitsManaged payroll operations including PF/ESI compliance and tax deductionsCollaborate with finance to process monthly payroll. Administer employee benefits and leave management. Compliance & Policy ImplementationEnsure adherence to labor laws and internal policies. Update and communicate HR policies as needed. Qualifications: Graduation or M.B.A (Preferred)Experience: 1-2 years in HR OperationsSalary : ₹18,000 - ₹22,000Skills: payroll,management,operations,recruitment,hr operations
