HR Generalist - Marketing/advertising Agency

We are looking for HR Generalist for one of our clients, Marketing Agency, located in Cairo, Egypt.Role DescriptionHandle all recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases in compliance with labor regulations.Support the payroll and personnel functions, including attendance, leaves, and social insurance documentation.Ensure company compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance Law requirements.Manage and organize onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.From 2 to 4 years of professional HR experience, including at least 1 year in a Marketing or Advertising Agency (MUST).Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance procedures.Experience in recruitment, personnel, and payroll operations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Very good command of English.Proficiency in MS Office.
