DescriptionWe are looking for an Associate HR Generalist to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. The HR Assistant duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database to posting job ads. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. You'll also assist in creating policies, processes and documents.ResponsibilitiesPlanning and budgeting the immediate and future human resource needs of the Baku office for domestic and cross-border projects in collaboration with the Country Manager.Assist with end-to-end recruitment life cycle of the various vacanciesDrafting employment contracts & company policies in line with labour lawOrganize and participate in job fairs as well as collaborate with other departments to define brand awareness and employer branding strategiesCreating a climate of understanding and trust and reinforcing the image of an equal opportunities, diversity acceptance and anti-discrimination employer.Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (Staffing, Training, Evaluation etc)Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant dataCompile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)Facilitation of probation and performance evaluationsCommunicate with public services when necessaryConduct initial orientation to newly hired employeesDeal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulationsCollaborate with the office manager on staff welfare/teambuilding initiatives for your officeRequirementsA degree in Business Administration, HR, Social Sciences or related field1-2 years proven experience as a Human Resources Executive, Administrator or other Human Resources positionFamiliar with HRIS, ATS & Payroll systemsKnowledge of labour relations relevant to your officeFluency in EnglishExcellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge of labour legislationExcellent communication skills, both verbal & writtenAbility to handle data with confidentialityGood organizational and time management skillsBenefitsCompetitive salary package & benefitsExperience in a friendly, open space office comprising young, enthusiastic, multi-national staffHave the opportunity to travelContinuous improvement & trainingWhy CKH is the best choice?
