The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing HR functions including compensation, performance management, benefits, and HRIS. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.ResponsibilitiesAs a HR Generalist, you will be responsible for Administering various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assisting in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures. Managing and overseeing the compensation and benefits packages for employees, ensuring they are current, competitive, and compliant with legal requirements. Conducting annual salary surveys, developing merit pool (salary budget), and analyzing compensation. Administering performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization. Maintaining HRIS system in compliance with current laws and regulations, ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, writing reports, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Developing, recommending, and implementing personnel policies and procedures; preparing and maintaining handbook on policies and procedures. Resolving employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).QualificationsTo be considered for the role of Consulting HR Generalist, the candidate should possess the following Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on compensation, performance management, benefits, and HRIS. In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations. Proven experience in managing HRIS systems and HR projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.
