Job Description

VERY reputable and growing Healthcare company located about 15 miles north of Cincinnati is looking for an HR Generalist for an immediate need. Salary - $70,000 - $72,000 + Discretionary bonusRoom for growth, Stability and Work life balance2-3 years of experience desiredBachelors Degree preferredIn officeResponsibilities: The Human Resource Generalist will lead the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including recruitment, administering pay, benefits, and leave, training and development, employee relations, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capitalDevelop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization, ensuring legal compliance through the HR functionsBridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issuesAssess training needs, monitor training programs and organizational values and DEI initiativesConsult with leadership or legal, providing HR guidance when appropriateAnalyze HR trends, compensation and metrics in partnership with leadership to develop strategiesMaintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management Administer health, welfare and benefit plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations and acts as liaison between staff and external providers.

Processes required documents working alongside the accounting department through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions. Complete Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 filesReview and coordinates online suggestion and incident reporting systemCoordinate the planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide staff training and team development, board meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrationsEducation and Experience: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience. Minimum PHR certification a bonusMinimum of 2-3 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.

Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee, diversity, performance management, and applicable federal and state employment laws.
