HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll management, recruitment, and employee training and development. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, supporting our company culture, and driving employee engagement.Location: Panama - Calle 50As a HR Specialist your main responsibilities will be: Manage the full payroll process, including calculations, deductions, and compliance with local labor laws.Lead and support recruitment and selection processes: posting jobs, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding.Design, coordinate, and monitor training and development programs to strengthen employee skills and performance.Support performance evaluations, talent management, and internal communication initiatives.Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR databases.Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies.Collaborate with Finance and Administration teams on HR reports and audits.Requirements: Education - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.Experience - Minimum of 3 years in HR roles focused on payroll, recruitment, and training.Knowledge of:Payroll processing and local labor law.Recruitment and competency-based selection.Employee development and training programs.HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Language: Advanced English (oral and written) - RequiredSome benefits include: Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo)Vale card Remote work after 3 months Medical and life insurance Parking available
