The Successful Candidate Will Contribute To The Following ActivitiesWorkforce Administration:
support the employee life cycle including onboarding, employee due diligence (background screening), mobility management, immigration, relocation services, offboarding, leave management, etc. Data Quality, Analytics and Reporting: monitor the accuracy of data captured in the HR information system, monitor the delivery of the offshore HR teams, produce reports and data to assist with decision making and for internal committee usage, prepare for and support audit and compliance tasks, completion of 1st level operational risk controlsHR Campaigns: provide administration support in the full spectrum of campaigns throughout the year including objective setting and appraisal, training, employee barometer, benefits, etc.
Vendor and invoice management:
