The Human Resource & General Services Department plays a central role in ensuring employee engagement, growth, compliance, and organizational excellence through strategic HR initiatives, training, and continuous development.General Duties and Responsibilities:Implement HR policies, systems, and procedures.Manage recruitment, onboarding, and orientation programs.Coordinate employee training, development, and performance management.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure legal compliance.Support employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance handling.Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.Handle procurement of goods and services efficiently and cost-effectively.Manage office supplies, equipment, and service providers.Oversee facility management, including maintenance, cleaning, and security.Supervise transportation, logistics, and vehicle management.Administer property matters such as leases, insurance, and maintenance.Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for HR and admin activities.Ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure and office utilities.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, administration, or general servicesExperience in both HR and operations support functions preferred
