You’ll own end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and optimization to drive measurable ROI for performance-led brands. This role blends analytical rigor with creative collaboration—ideal for someone who thrives on data, testing, and turning insights into growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.Continuously analyze campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and implement rapid optimizations.Allocate and manage ad budgets strategically to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition efficiency.Build and refine audience segments, conversion funnels, and tracking infrastructure (e.g., UTM, pixels, GA4).Partner closely with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and messaging.Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to maintain competitive edge.Qualifications4+ years of proven experience managing large-scale paid social and search campaigns (Google Ads & Meta Ads required).Demonstrated success in improving KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.Proficiency with conversion tracking, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and funnel analytics.Strong analytical mindset with fluency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and spreadsheets.Clear, proactive communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and solve problems quickly.Apply: https://hiblinktech.com/career
