Role ContextWe are seeking an HR Lead to establish and oversee HR practices within our organization in Mumbai and hire the best in industry talent across the org. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to various HR functions particularly Talent acquisition, vendor management, and Talent Management. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders. In this fast-paced environment, you will have the chance to significantly impact our organization's growth and success.We are a team of 60 members and will grow to about 150 by the end of next year.
