Job Description

As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in a variety of HR functions within a technology-focused company. Youll support our HR team in daily operations and gain exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and general HR administration. This internship is designed to give you an overview of HR in a fast-paced, growing organization while also allowing you to make valuable contributions to our HR processes.What Youll Do:Recruitment Support:Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).Help screen resumes and applications and assist in scheduling interviews.Onboarding Assistance:Support the preparation of onboarding materials and coordinate the onboarding schedule for new hires.Assist with new hire documentation, benefits enrollment, and IT setup.HR Administration:Assist in maintaining employee records and databases.Help with administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation.Organize and manage files, ensuring all records are kept up to date.General HR Support:Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.Assist with HR-related inquiries from employees and provide basic support when needed.What Were Looking For:Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.Basic understanding of HR principles and labor laws (or an eagerness to learn).Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees and candidates professionally.Positive and proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the HR field.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.What Youll Gain:Youll work closely with HR professionals and gain exposure to key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.Access to training, HR tools, and resources to expand your knowledge of HR practices in a tech-driven environment.A chance to work in a flexible, dynamic environment with a team that values your contributions.High-performing interns may have the opportunity to transition into full-time roles within the company after graduation.Job Type: OJT (On the job training)Benefits:On-site parkingOpportunities for promotionAbility To Commute/relocate:Las Pias: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Application Question(s):(required) If you're going to be hired when you are available?(required) Are you accepting internships of three hundred hours or more?(we only accept 300 hours or more)(required) Can you Provide MOA/ LOR from your school?have you liked our facebook page or linkedin (Endsofttech / EWShosting)?(required) Are you Okay to work in Las Pinas Area?
