Lorenzo, Makati CityAbout The RoleWe are seeking an experienced HR Specialist (Compensation & Benefits) who will play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll processing, effective benefits administration, and compliance with company policies and government regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister compensation programs, benefits, and government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirementsHandle employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and payroll concernsPrepare reports for management, finance, and external agenciesCoordinate with government agencies, vendors, and internal departmentsQualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fieldAt least 13 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or PayrollStrong knowledge of government-mandated benefits and labor regulationsProficient in MS Excel and familiar with HRIS or payroll systemsHigh attention to detail and strong analytical skillsExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism
