We are unifying our applications into a single platform delivering exceptional user experiences across data, analytics, and workflows.Role PurposeDesign intuitive, elegant, and data-rich user experiences across a unified platform, transforming complex renewable energy and pricing data into accessible visual solutions.Key Responsibilities• Conduct user research and translate insights into design requirements.• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows.• Design dashboards, data visualizations, and platform UI components.• Contribute to and evolve the design system.• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Quant, and Commercial teams to deliver high-qualityexperiences.Skills & Experience• 3–6 years of UX/UI or product design experience.• Strong portfolio with complex, data-heavy SaaS interfaces.• Proficiency in Figma or similar tools.• Experience with dashboards, charts, and analytical workflows.• Strong communication and collaboration skills.Personal Attributes• Curious, structured, and detail-oriented.• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.• Strong sense of ownership and user-centric mindset.Success Indicators• Improved platform usability and consistency.• High design fidelity and strong cross-team collaboration.• Positive user and stakeholder feedback
