Under the DHL Supply Chain umbrella, one of the business units of DHL, we provide customized logistics and industry solutions in the areas of supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, value added services, and lead logistics provider services for our customers – helping them deliver better results every day.ResponsibilitiesKey Roles and ResponsibilitiesData Management and Modeling Gather, clean, and integrate operational data from various warehouse systems (e.g., WMS, SAP, S4/HANA) to ensure completeness and accuracy. Develop data models and queries using Power Query and DAX to transform raw data into structured, reliable datasets for reporting and analysis. Maintain data integrity and consistency across multiple sources to support accurate business insights and decision-making.Data Analysis and Performance Insights Analyze warehouse process metrics (receiving, picking, kitting/splitting, packing, dispatching) to identify performance trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Conduct time and motion studies, manpower utilization reviews, and cost efficiency assessments to support operational planning. Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations that enhance productivity, space utilization, and service performance.Dashboard Development and Reporting Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards that visualize daily operational performance, KPIs, and trend analyses. Create interactive and drill-through reports for real-time visibility of process performance across departments. Automate recurring reporting tasks to streamline data updates and enable faster decision-making.Business Collaboration and Support Collaborate with Industrial Engineers, Operations Managers, and CI Teams to align analytical outputs with actual warehouse operations. Support root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives through accurate data validation and scenario-based analysis. Present clear, data-driven insights to operations and leadership teams to aid in planning, execution, and strategy formulation.Continuous Improvement and Governance Develop analytical tools and templates that support performance tracking, capacity planning, and operational reviews. Promote accuracy, standardization, and consistency in data management and reporting across all functions. Continuously enhance Power BI and Power Platform utilization to improve warehouse visibility and decision support. Stay updated with the latest best practices in data analytics, Power BI development, and Industrial Engineering methodologies to drive ongoing improvement.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Technology).Proven experience as a Business Data Analyst, Industrial Engineer – Analytics, or BI Analyst, preferably in a semiconductor warehouse environment.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, Excel (advanced formulas, Power Pivot, and macros).Knowledge of warehouse operations and process flows (receiving, inventory management, kitting, packing, shipping).Familiarity with WMS and SAP/S4 HANA is an advantage.Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
