At Parallaxx, we value collaboration and strive to exceed our clients' expectations through our dedication and expertise.Role DescriptionThe Project Support Coordinator provides administrative, reporting, and coordination support to ensure the effective delivery of Parallaxx projects and operational activities. The role focuses on assisting project teams and management with tracking progress, preparing analytical reports, coordinating stakeholder communication, and maintaining accurate project documentation.  This position requires strong organisational skills, analytical capability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The role serves as a key connector between teams, stakeholders, and leadership — ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and information is clear and current. Specific Duties and Responsibilities Manages TMP documentation and compliance requirements in accordance with NZGTTM. Facilitates effective communication and coordination between internal teams, clients, and external partners. Coordinates the management and documentation of Parallaxx practice notes and reference materials. Provides coordination and administrative support to ensure efficient delivery of projects and operations. Provides structured support for scheduling and calendar coordination. Provides analytical and reporting support to management and project teams.Provides administrative support to the Operations Support Team Leader. Essential: Strong communication skills - able to share ideas clearly, listen actively, and build trust through open communication. Collaborative mindset - enjoys working with others, values different perspectives, and contributes to a supportive team environment. Organised and reliable - manages time well, meets deadlines, and follows through on commitments. Creative problem-solving - brings fresh thinking to challenges and looks for practical, innovative solutions. Client-focused approach - understands what great service looks like and works to deliver it consistently. Adaptability - comfortable with change and able to adjust quickly when priorities shift. Commitment to safety and wellbeing - takes care of self and others, and contributes to a safe, respectful workplace Desired: Strong background in data analytics, business reporting, or compliance administration. Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.  High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive or confidential information with discretion.  Experience in Virtual Assistant Setup.  Experience supporting technical, design, or appointment setting.  Analytical and Detail Oriented  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or equivalent). Exposure to Lean or continuous improvement methodologies for process efficiency.
