Company Description BRANDLINK PH BPO COMPANY Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Technical Support professional, located in Tarlac City. The individual will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technology-related issues, providing technical support to end-users, and maintaining IT systems and equipment. Additional responsibilities include assisting with hardware and software installation, managing IT projects, and collaborating with team members to improve system processes. Qualifications Strong skills in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Information TechnologyEffective Communication skills, both written and oral, to interact with team members and usersKnowledge of and experience in Project Management to organize and execute IT-related initiativesProficiency in diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and network issuesAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferredFamiliarity with industry-standard tools and technology certifications is a plus
