Then we are looking forward to receiving your application!Your tasksManaging and mentoring the team responsible for our client’s intellectual property rights portfolios, and be responsible for administrative tasks such as data entry and docketing of IP related events of our clients' intellectual property rights portfolios, in particular this includes the formal processing of patents, trademarks, designs and utility models in various IP Management SoftwareIndependent and responsible input of data into the internal system, intellectual property management software as well as administration, maintenance and monitoring of IP relevant data.Training of internal employees from within or other Dennemeyer locations with regard to formal processing of IP rights.Assign tasks to team members. Determine the completion timeline and monitor progress to keep the project on track and on schedule delivering the excepted accuracy and quality.Manage the flow of day-to-day operations and monitor the productivity targets and financial and procedural accuracy standards as established by managementCreate and distribute reports to update the company on the team’s progress. Establish and maintain an appropriate level of communication with management to address potential issues and concerns and take preventive measures that ensure processing accuracy and qualityIf needed, provide support to other Dennemeyer DepartmentsYour profileBased in Manila, PhilippinesSeveral years of experience in the IP area and with a strong understanding of IP laws and regulationsKnowledgeable in diverse IP management systems and docketing softwareProven ability to lead and manage a team, always ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output through structured feedback and training.
