Role DescriptionThe IT Technical Systems Analyst (SA) implements and supports various IT applications or systems that enables business objectives. They collaborate and partner with the business units to ensure process are understood and optimized by providing the right technical solutions following the SDLC framework and other best practices. The role also participates in project execution by taking on technical tasks and working closely with the project team.Qualificationsat least 1 year solid and hands-on experience in system analysis, design, and SDLC best practices, with expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical issues to ensure efficient, reliable, and compliant enterprise applications.Contribute to improving processes, guidelines, and knowledge base documentation.Works well with other business analysts, Lead Analysts, Project managers, and other stakeholders to achieve efficiencyFocuses on thorough analysis, testing, automation/optimization throughout the system lifecycle.Aligns IT solutions with business processes and translates needs into technical requirements.Open to learning new technologies and adapting to evolving project requirements.Philippine Business Bank (PBB) is a savings bank that focuses on corporate and small and medium enterprise (SME) markets.
