Description:Assisting the HR team in performance management activities such as data collection, tracking, and documentation.Support as the first point of contact for field employees regarding basic HR-related inquiries.Support field employee engagement and workplace conditions.Help in documenting and reporting employee relations matters and escalating issues when necessary.Assist HR team in manpower planning and team development initiatives.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field (Fresh graduates and final year students are welcome to apply).Passionate about developing a career in HR and eager to learn about field operations.Strong interest in HR operations, employee relations, and workplace engagement.Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse employee groups.Organized, proactive, and have good critical thinking skills.Able to work on-site, once a week (WFO at Segari's DMT Office (Tangerang Warehouse) on Mondays).
