This is a fantastic opportunity for a current university student to gain hands-on experience in HR, event management, and internal communications, helping us foster a vibrant and engaging workplace!What You'll Do:You'll be a key player in bringing our employee experience to life! Your primary responsibilities will include:Event Coordination & Execution: Provide end-to-end support for a variety of HR and culture events, including employee town halls, team-building activities, holiday parties, well-being sessions, and professional development workshops. This involves logistics, on-site setup, and teardown.Creative Communications & Design: Use your design skills to create compelling visual materials for events and internal campaigns. This includes designing eye-catching posters, flyers, digital banners, and internal newsletter graphics to promote engagement.Administrative Support: Assist the Culture and HR teams with daily administrative tasks, such as managing event RSVPs, tracking budgets, preparing meeting materials, and organizing event supplies.Culture Initiative Support: Help implement and promote ongoing culture initiatives, such as employee recognition programs, and internal activities, ensuring smooth execution and high participation.Documentation: Capture photos and videos at events and maintain an organized archive of event materials and feedback for future planning.What We're Looking For:Current University Student: pursuing Business Administration, HR, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.Proven Event Organization Experience: Demonstrable experience in planning, coordinating, or significantly supporting events (e.g., student club events, university functions, community projects).
