HR Internship Program Hi there, connections! Signalytics is on the lookout HR Interns who have the heart in serving and learning at the same time. Whether you are a fresher, part-time student, college dropout, or an early career-shifter who wanted to kickstart your career in HR, you are welcome to apply to our first ever 8-week HR Internship Program. This internship offers extensive, hands-on training designed to provide you with practical skills and real-world experience that will set you apart in the job market.  Every week you will be given individual or group tasks based on the training provided to you. But here's the catch, after every 2 weeks, you will be ranked based on your performance on certain categories and only those who have what it takes to be part of Signalytics will make it to the next round. The person who has the highest rank accumulated from the beginning until the end of the program will be chosen to join our Paid Internship Program for a maximum of 6 months engagement. Furthermore, if you have shown exemplary performance during the paid internship, you will earn a spot in our HR department on a full-time engagement and have the opportunity to work with and learn from our seasoned HRs.  Who Should Apply?We welcome:✅ Students who are currently enrolled part-time or a recent graduate of a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, courses✅ Students who need to complete their on-the-job training or college internship for HR related courses✅ Early career shifters✅ Entry-level candidates✅ Individuals with no prior experience to less than 1 year of non-HR experience, but eager to learn new things✅ Proficient in MS Office✅ Good English communication skills What to Expect?🔹Unpaid training designed to equip you with the necessary skills to become a successful HR professional.🔹 Hands-on learning experience in talent acquisition and other facets of HR.🔹 Internship schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day🔹 Remote training with guidance from experienced professionals Are you up for the challenge?
