Job Description
The Resource Management Intern assists with various coordination, reporting, and Human Resources functions, including client and employee management. The intern also assists in orienting candidates for onboarding before deployment.Duties And ResponsibilitiesResource ManagementProvide general administrative support to the Talent Management Team, including but not limited to:Tech Pool Tracker ManagementGrievance creation, routing, and monitoringMonitor, audit, and review documentation and track lists related to employee movements (roll-off, absorption, redundancies, transfers, etc)Timekeeping review, follow-up, and coordination with EEs and other stakeholders.Talent review, assessments, and surveys.Assists in the building of Skills Inventory based on available tracker and references.Perform other HR ad hoc tasks as needed from time to timeImportantMinimum Qualifications:Can render 300 hours or moreCan start as soon as possibleCan provide Memorandum of AgreementMust be amenable to hybrid work setup in Bonifacio Global City, TaguigEducation – Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, e.g., Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or recent graduate.Related Work Experience - Previous experience iwith administrative, reporting, coordinating tasks, and other Human Resources procedures (OJT experience is acceptable).Knowledge – Basic understanding of HR, Labor Law, administrative, and office procedures.Skills –Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated reliability and respect for confidentialityStrong research and analytical skillsProficiency in Google Workplace / Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Highly organized and detail-orientedAbility to work independently and as part of a team. Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to assist across tasksEnthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learnAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
