Job Summary:Responsible for leading talent development initiatives with a primary focus on HR Learning & Development. Designs, implements, and evaluates training programs to build employee capabilities and support leadership growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage L&D programs.Conduct training needs analysis and skills gap assessments.Support leadership and succession planning initiatives.Monitor and measure learning impact and ROI.Partner with departments to align L&D with business goals.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.3+ years in Talent Management with L&D experience.Strong facilitation, coaching, and project management skills.
