Being in a fast-growing cardiac ablation business segment and with recent acquisition of the AFFERA™ Mapping and Ablation System, we are poised to provide innovative solutions to address unmet needs for many patients. We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Therapy Account Consultant to join our team to further drive the growth of the business.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Provide proficient clinical and technical assistance to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the use of the AFFERA™ Mapping and Ablation System and related equipment (Generators, SW functionalities, pump and accessories).Provide in-service training to introduce new technologies to various hospital stakeholders and ensure technology acceptance. Be an active participant to the development of advanced clinical workflows. Play an active role in the planning and effective installation of the AFFERA™ Mapping and Ablation System and efficiently collaborate with the technical department.Work closely with the education team and support the development of training centers. Share clinical best practices with colleagues to continuously optimize customer experience.Work with field service engineers on technical troubleshooting. Demonstrate excellent ability to plan cases and define priorities to maximize case coverage.Develop best-in-class professional customer relationships. Stay abreast of all products information across the Medtronic CAS portfolio, instructions for use (IFU) and relevant scientific clinical literature and new product information.  Ability to manage high-stress situations with a clear problem-solving mindset. Ability to travel when needed.Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness to customer or other internal and external stakeholders. Update and document activities in the CRM tool.Comply with all company trainings. Participate in regional and occasionally international congresses, symposia and workshops. Required Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor's degree required in electrical or medical engineering or related scientific disciplines. 4+ years of clinical EP experience.Minimum of 4 years of successful independent support of EP mapping procedures. A candidate with an IBHRE or equivalent certification is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry and be fluent in English, with strong communication skills. They should demonstrate the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and team-oriented environments, while maintaining flexibility and a willingness to travel as required. Proficiency in standard PC tools is essential, along with an independent, self-driven, and responsible work approach.
