Package Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

We are looking for a skilled Package Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to help configure and optimize the system for client-specific business requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience with modules such as Field Service, Project Service, and Sales, along with familiarity with add-ons like Unified Service Desk.Responsibilities: Document business requirements and participate in solution design sessions Create functional design documents to guide development and configuration Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications to meet business needs Demonstrate out-of-the-box features and validate solutions against requirements Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including user acceptance testing Duration: 12 months Working Model: Offshore / Onsite Travel: N/A Location: Saudi ArabiaRequirementsKey Skills & Experience: Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Strong understanding of business processes and CRM best practices Ability to document requirements and create functional design documents Excellent problem-solving, consulting, and stakeholder management skills
