We pride ourselves on our ability to respond effectively to HR policy and program requests, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the board. Be a part of a team that values integrity, continuous improvement, and collaboration, making HR operations seamless and impactful.Where You Come InYou will support leaves of absence, accommodation and benefits administration that supports global countries especially US market.You monitor system queues for all communication and change requests, including employee's leave status, return to work adherence and other employee-related leaves inquiry , ensuring accuracy, validity, and required medical documentation are complied.You serve as the gatekeeper for all employee changes, ensuring consistency and adherence to HR policies and procedures, including US leave and accommodation laws and eligibility (FMLA, ADA, US state and local laws).You work with SOX and other compliance teams to provide requested and approved audit reporting and compliance documentation.You support the HR Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partner teams for processes transitioned to the People Services team.You develop and maintain standard user documentation, such as SOPs, and internal knowledge base articles related to HRIS and HR processes and procedures.You respond to employee inquiries by phone, ticket, or email to ensure courteous, timely resolution in adherence to SLAs, quality, and standards.You independently research to resolve more complex inquiries related to onboarding, benefits, HR policies, and processes, and employee relations, documenting your findings and consulting with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partners as needed.You escalate inquiries to HR Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partners when necessary after completing initial research to ensure prompt resolution.What Makes You SuccessfulYou have 1-2 years of basic leave of absence (LOA) administration support experience in a multi-site organization (an experience in the US market is ideal but not required).You have 1-2 years of experience working in a shared services environment, demonstrating progressive responsibility.Your problem-solving, continuous improvement, and analytical capabilities are excellent.You take accountability and deliver consistent decisions, actions, and results.Your promotion of a culture of integrity, ethics, and compliance through adherence to compliance policies, training, and monitoring programs sets you apart.Shift Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday: 3AM - 12NNWhat You’ll GetA front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
