Join us as we shape the future of food in Asia and build a culture where, together, we nourish the future.https://www.aboitizfoods.com/Job DescriptionThe Human Resources Business Partner Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective end-to-end execution of people strategies in partnership with the Human Resources Center of Excellence and People Services team.The position provides professional HR guidance to relevant business partners with the objective of adding value to the business, reinforcing a high-performance culture, and driving organizational effectivenessStrategic HR PartnershipDesigns and recommends HR strategic initiatives in support of business strategies and organizational goals; leverages thorough HR Knowledge & Skills and Business Acumen to support the business partner in addressing unique people challengesImplements agreed interventions to address organizational pain points in collaboration with PX Center of Excellence and People Services teamsMonitors, reports HR issues/challenges and recommends opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescalesEnsure effective implementation of organizational development programsOrganization DevelopmentPartner with managers to identify talent needs and implement retention strategies. Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and career development programs for all job levelsGuide team leaders and team members in setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback. Support performance improvement plans and address performance-related issuesTalent DevelopmentAnalyzes training needs and recommends developmental interventions of identified critical talents and High Potentials of the accounts in partnership with L&D and Org Developments teamsSupports and implements Learning and Development initiatives and programs at the country levelFacilitates the end-to-end training process of account-requested learning activitiesCulture and EngagementDevelops and recommends engagement programs relevant to the division or department’s needsSupports and implements Culture and Engagement initiatives and programsEmployee/ Labor Relations And Other Governance-related FunctionsEnsures proper implementation of company code of disciplineCollaborates with the Team Leaders in the resolution of problems and handling of disciplinary cases in their respective departments and ensures that actions taken should comply with the labor lawsEnsures that all labor-related compliance requirements are delivered and metDevelops and maintains good relations with Government and non-government organizations within the site for better and faster functioning of the organizationData and AnalyticsAnalyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership to support decision-makingFood SafetyComplies with quality, Halal, health and food safety policy, standards and regulations of the company.Responsible for reporting problems related to Halal, food safety & quality management system to identified authoritiesOther TasksActively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management etcPerforms other tasks as may be assigned by the team leaderQualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Behavioral Studies, Human Resources Management, or any related courseExperienceMinimum of 5 years of HR experience in a managerial capacityAt least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industryStrong exposure to local labor and employment regulations, union management, and HR best practicesSolid knowledge and understanding of employment-related laws and regulations, including the Labor Law, Industrial Relations Act, Trade Union Act, and other relevant legislationOther RequirementsAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skillsProcess oriented, resilient and results-drivenProblem solving, analytical, reasoningCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all leaves of the companyIntermediate knowledge on Excel/ Google SheetsAdditional InformationWork condition: full-time onsite
