HR Manager - Bangkok FactoryLocation: No. 2, 4, Soi Sukhaphiban 2, Soi 31, Dokmai, Prawet, Bangkok 10250, ThailandPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to establish and lead the full spectrum of Human Resources functions for our new factory in Bangkok. This is a foundational role where you will be responsible for building the local HR framework, recruiting a skilled production team, and implementing HR strategies that align with both Thai labor laws and APM Monaco's core values. You will be a strategic partner to the factory management, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain the best talent to drive operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Onboarding:Lead end-to-end recruitment for all factory positions, from production operators to line leaders and administrative staff.Develop local sourcing strategies, build relationships with technical schools, recruitment agencies, and community organizations.Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into APM Monaco and compliant with local regulations.HR Operations & Compliance:Establish and manage all local HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in full compliance with Thai labor law.Ensure payroll accuracy in collaboration with C&B teamMaintain accurate and confidential employee records.Employee Relations & Engagement:Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee queries and concerns, fostering a culture of open communication and trust.Proactively manage employee relations, conduct investigations when necessary, and provide counsel to managers.Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, and activities that enhance morale and reinforce the APM culture.Performance & Talent Management:Implement the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.Work with line manager and stakeholders to identify training needs, especially in quality control, production techniques, and safety.Support succession planning and career development for key roles within the factory.Compensation & Benefits:Conduct local market benchmarking to ensure our compensation and benefits packages are competitive.Manage the annual salary review process for the factory workforce.Training & Development:Identify training gaps and coordinate training programs, including technical skills, soft skills, and company values.Facilitate onboarding and compliance training for all new and existing employees.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or aboveMinimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Managerial role.Must have prior experience in a manufacturing or factory environment within Thailand.In-depth knowledge of Thai labor law, social security, and HR best practices.Full Proficiency in Thai and English (both written and spoken) is essential.Proven ability to build HR processes from scratch in a start-up or new setup environment.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.Proficient in MS Office.
