Job Description

Egybell is recruiting an HR Manager for a reputable company located in New Maadi.Responsibilities:• Create and develop a comprehensive HR plan that aligns with the company’s HR strategy.• In collaboration with functional managers, translate the HR plan into actionable objectives and ensure clear communication with HR teams.• Oversee the implementation of the HR plan and review performance against set objectives.• In collaboration with the HR Director, prepare an estimated annual budget for HR functions, direct HR activities within the approved budget, and monitor any deviations.• Ensure that policies and procedures meet organizational needs, are up-to-date, regularly reviewed, and properly implemented.• Review and approve training and individual development plans and ensure that all training activities support the company’s objectives.• In collaboration with the Finance & OD teams, monitor the expenditure of the training budget.• Ensure that the performance appraisal process is consistently applied within the set timeframes and monitor it to ensure effectiveness and fairness.• Identify inefficiencies in the organizational structure and recommend changes when necessary.• Ensure that the recruitment process is conducted professionally and efficiently, and that high-caliber candidates are hired.• Conduct interviews for management- and executive-level candidates.• Ensure appropriate personnel processes are in place and compliant with legal and organizational requirements.• Supervise the medical insurance process and other employee benefits.• Oversee the daily operations of the Account Management Team in collaboration with the Account Management Team Leader.• Review clients’ monthly reports to ensure compliance with SLAs.• Build strong and professional relationships with existing and potential clients.• Address client concerns and requests, propose best practices, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.• Create clear and adequate workflows to ensure smooth execution of ongoing tasks.• Evaluate and oversee team performance and productivity; provide coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews when needed.• Review reports submitted by the HR team to assess achievements against set plans and recommend necessary actions.• Perform other related tasks as required.• Maintain regular communication with all HR department staff.• Maintain frequent communication with all other company departments.Reqirements:• 6-10 years of experience• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field.• Excellent command of Microsoft office programs.• V. good command of Data Analysis programs / methods.• Excellent command of HR Software.• Proficient knowledge of the Egyptian Labor Law, and Social Insurance.• Excellent understanding of HR best practice and ability to apply this to employee relations cases.• Experience of performance management and working within defined policies and procedures.• Experience of leading on organizational change projects including restructures and redundancy programs.• HR diploma or certificate is a must.• Specialized training in the above areas is a must.• MBA in HR is a must• CIPD, HRM is preferable
