HR Manager

Job Description

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes developing HR strategies, implementing policies, managing talent acquisition and employee relations, and ensuring legal compliance to support the organization’s overall mission and vision.HR Strategy & Policy Development: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan.- Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labour laws.- Ensure organizational structure supports business objectives and operational needs.Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:- Lead the recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.- Manage onboarding processes to ensure smooth assimilation into the company.- Collaborate with department heads to anticipate workforce needs.Performance Management & Development:- Implement performance appraisal systems to support employee growth.- Identify training and development needs, plan and coordinate learning programs.- Support managers in coaching and employee development.Employee Relations & Engagement:- Serve as a liaison between management and employees to maintain positive work relationships.- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a strong organizational culture.Compensation, Benefits & Compliance:- Oversee payroll and benefits administration.- Ensure compliance with labour regulations and internal policies.- Manage HR budgets and conduct cost analysis.RequirementsQualifications and Experience: ‒ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).‒ Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Job Specific Skills:‒ Strong knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.‒ Competent in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and payroll software.‒ Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.Competencies:‒ Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.‒ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.‒ High level of integrity and confidentiality.‒ Proactive, solution-oriented, and emotionally intelligent.
