If you’re currently in Dubai, you must be willing to relocate, as commuting between the two cities won’t be feasible for this position**Are you a hands-on HR Manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments? I am partnered with a leading IT company who is hiring a HR Manager for their Abu Dhabi branch — a key role that blends strategic HR leadership with operational excellence.You’ll oversee HR operations driving engagement, compliance, and leadership development while acting as a trusted advisor to the business.ResponsibilitiesLead and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.Act as a true HR business partner — advising leadership, managing employee relations, and supporting cultural transformation.Oversee onboarding, offboarding, visa management, payroll coordination, and HR systems (ERP).Support talent management, succession planning, and performance reviews in collaboration with the regional HR team.Provide expert guidance on UAE labour law, HR compliance, and best practices.Coach line managers on performance, investigations, and structured interviews.Contribute to organizational design, L&D initiatives, and policy development.Requirements:You must have at least 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HR Manager role.You must have proven UAE HR experience — hands-on with visa processing, PRO coordination, and local labour law.The ideal candidate would have previous experience working for a IT, technology or cybersecurity company.Strong mix of operational HR delivery and strategic partnering capabilities.You must either have a bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; or CIPD or SHRM certifications.
