Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager, located in the United Arab Emirates. The HR Manager will oversee the daily operations of the HR department including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing HR policies, conducting training programs, and managing employee benefits. The HR Manager will work closely with other departments to support organizational goals and ensure a positive work environment. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relationsStrong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and complianceExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to develop and implement HR strategies and training programsProficiency in HR software and toolsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the consulting industry is a plusAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentFluency in English, additional languages are an advantage
