By aligning proven technologies with customized approaches, we deliver the right solutions at the right time, leveraging both public and private cloud platforms.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Chişinău, responsible for managing the daily office operations and human resources activities of the company.QualificationsBachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR and office administration.Good knowledge of HR laws and regulations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.\Excellent command of English.Your key responsibilities will be divided into 2 main areas:1. People:Maintain accurate new hires' and existing employees’ documentation, and ensure all files are up-to-date and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements (leave documents, leave reports, vacation reports, and monthly payroll).Employees’ internal tool updateBookkeeping documents in both ways: electronic and hard copies.Coordinate activities related to: employees’ equipment, medical insurance, annual check-up, electronic signature, meal cards, bank accounts, vacations, and salaries.Health and safety at work: coordinate SSM training for new and current employees and keep records of health and safety notebooks.2. Office:Coordinate and manage all office activities, including office access, scheduling, facility maintenance, vendor management, office supply ordering, and traveling assistance.Responsible for cleanliness/aspect of the office and physical security – providing access to different areas, etc.).\Office Repairs (manage fixing or replacing furniture, contacting other suppliers for repairs, etc.).If you are interested in applying for this position, please submit your resume to jobsmoldova@cegeka.comWe look forward to hearing from you!
