We continuously innovate to meet the evolving needs of traders, offering cutting-edge tools and services that help clients achieve their financial goals.Join us as we redefine the standards of digital asset trading and bring true freedom and reliability to the crypto world.About The RoleWe are building a low-latency market-making system for spot and futures across multiple exchanges (Binance, Bybit, OKX, KuCoin) as well as our internal OMS, Matching, Risk, and Hedge engines.We are looking for a Russian-speaking QA Engineer who understands trading flows, knows how to break complex systems, and can ensure stability in environments where milliseconds matter.This role is open to both Manual QA and Automation QA profiles.ResponsibilitiesTest the full order lifecycle: placement, cancellation, partial fills, slippage, reduce-only, risk checksValidate the behavior of market-making and hedging logic under real market conditionsTest exchange integrations (REST & WebSocket): balances, positions, trades, orderbook data, latency metricsVerify PnL, margin, and exposure calculations across spot and derivativesTest internal services: OMS, Matching Engine, Risk Engine, Hedge Engine, monitoring & alerting pipelinesWork with logs, metrics, and real-time data streamsCreate and maintain test cases, scenarios, and QA documentationReproduce complex edge-cases: mismatched WS updates, delayed fills, funding spikes, stale dataRequirements2-4+ years of QA experience (manual or mixed manual/automation)Strong understanding of API testing (REST & WebSocket)Ability to analyze logs, trace order flows, and debug data inconsistenciesGood knowledge of crypto trading basics: order types, orderbook, spreads, fills, PnLFluency in Russian (required)Working proficiency in English (for cross-team collaboration)Nice to HaveHands-on experience with crypto exchanges, trading systems, or algorithmic trading setupsExperience with Python test automation (pytest), load testing tools (k6/Locust)Familiarity with Kubernetes, CI/CDFamiliarity with .NET (C#) and PostgreSQLBenefitsRemote-first flexibilityFlexible payment options - choose to be paid in traditional currency (USD) or cryptocurrency (USDT / USDC)Be part of a world-class founding team setting new standards in digital asset tradingWork on high-impact, low-latency trading infrastructure used across global crypto marketsOpportunity to grow as we scale rapidly across markets and product lines
