We offerWe offer a temporary post as Administrative Support Agent to provide general administrative and secretarial assistance, as well as document management services to the Administration section, under the supervision of the Head of Administration. The specific post and related duties of the employee shall be decided and may be adapted by the employer according to the needs of the European Union.Duration: 1 year with possible extensionPlace of employment: EU Delegation in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova.Working hours: 37.5 hours/week.Temporary worker position: Group IIMonthly basic gross salary: 1735 EuroWe look for motivated candidates who can demonstrate the following:Qualifications: Recognised post-secondary education diploma in the domain of secretariat, public administration, business administration, or fields related to the main tasks or knowledge.Professional Experience Operational and administrative support and resources. Relevant working experience: minimum 2 years. Experience in an international environment is an asset.KnowledgeExcellent PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, Excel, Power point, etc. CompetencesAbility to communicate in meetings;Ability to understand and be understoodCapacity to deliver in a structured way;Drafting skills;Planning capacityAbility to work in a teamSociability skills.LanguagesVery good working level of English and Romanian, Russian an advantage.
