Job Description

As our new HR Operations Specialist, you will support colleagues across the full employee lifecycle and ensure that our HR operations run smoothly, professionally and with a human touch. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow in HR, contribute to meaningful work, and be part of a team that truly values collaboration and continuous improvement.In this role, you will work at the center of our HR operations—supporting Learning & Development, HR administration, and key lifecycle processes. You will partner closely with our local HR Business Partners and our Service Excellence Hub to create a seamless, consistent and high‑quality HR experience for all employees.Your TasksDrive Learning & Development Operations:Coordinate qualifications, trainings and development programs from end to end (booking, trainer communication, invitations, confirmations and more).Organize all logistics for L&D events—rooms, catering, setup and smooth execution.Ensure High-Quality HR Administration & Data ManagementOversee time tracking and time management processes.Handle employee inquiries with professionalism and timely support.Process resignations and keep HR systems accurate and compliant.Coordinate onboarding logistics, including country/regional welcome days.Administer employee surveys and support reporting.Maintain correct position and role assignments in our HR systems.Support The Full Employee LifecycleInitiate, extend or end engagements for contingent workers.Prepare employer documents such as reference letters, employment confirmations and A1 forms.Support contract management and documentation processes.Coordinate HR measures for life events including births, weddings and service anniversaries.Handle internal and external secondary employment requests.Partner with both local HR and our Service Excellence Hub to deliver a consistent and exceptional HR service.Who You AreYou will be great in this role if you:Bring experience from HR administration.Are highly organized, detail-oriented and love bringing clarity and quality into processes.Have excellent communication skills and a strong service mindset.Are comfortable working with digital tools and HR systems.Enjoy teamwork but can also take ownership and drive tasks independently.Are proactive, curious and eager to grow within HR.What We OfferA collaborative HR team filled with expertise, energy and a supportive mindset.A varied role where you get exposure to many HR areas and real opportunities to develop.The chance to influence how we shape our employee experience and strengthen our organizational culture.A dynamic workplace where structure, kindness and continuous improvement go hand in hand.Your QualificationsA formal education in Human Resources or a related field.1–3 years of experience in HR administration.Proficiency in SAP or another major HRIS system.Full professional fluency in both English and Swedish, spoken and written.Knowledge of another Nordic language is considered a strong advantage.We warmly welcome your application and look forward to getting to know you.
