We prioritize operational efficiency while maintaining a thoughtful balance with an outstanding employee experience.We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Lead to oversee HR operations across the APAC region, streamline processes, and drive compliance with local regulations. This role will act as a key connector between APAC, the US, and EMEA, ensuring alignment with global initiatives.What You’ll Do:Provide leadership, guidance, and development to a geographically distributed HR Operations team while focusing on high-performance and collaborationBuild regional roadmaps for the operations function, including payroll, benefits and Workday enhancements that roll up into global HR Operations objectivesManage end-to-end HR processes, including payroll, onboarding, offboarding, lifecycle changes, payroll administration, benefits, employee queries, and data management. Provide back up on day to day operational coverage regionally as neededEnsure compliance with local labour laws, data privacy regulations, and company policies across APAC locationsIdentify opportunities to improve and automate processes, enhancing employee experience and operational efficiencySupport global mobility processes for inbound and outbound transfers within APAC including short-term & long-term assignments and direct transfersPartner with global teams on HR system (particularly Workday), testing, integrations, and global process alignmentCollaborate with regional counterparts to drive cross-regional HR initiatives and policy harmonizationSkills You’ll Need:8+ years of HR operations experience, including leadership rolesExpertise in Workday are required with an emphasis on utilizing HR technology to automate processesKnowledge of APAC employment lawsStrong interpersonal and cross-cultural collaboration skillsFluency in Mandarin requiredAbility to travel to regional and global offices as needed
