Primary DetailsTime Type: Full timeWorker Type: Contingent WorkerThe primary purpose of this role is to support our HR and TA operations by ensuring consistent and efficient processes.Responsibilities:The responsibilities of the HR Operations Assistant role are diverse and dynamic. They will include providing timely, personalized, and quality support for our talent acquisition team. The role also involves contributing to consistent process application by sharing knowledge and collaborating with peers.Additionally, the HR Operations Assistant will:Conduct activities to ensure data accuracy and compliance with established processes, complete administrative duties to support the full recruitment cycle, and support the talent acquisition team such as:Generating reportsUpdating database and trackerFiling of documentsChecking of pre-employment requirementsScreening of applications (CV review)Posting of job advertisementsAmend records following established guidelines to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and legal compliance, maintain a customer-centric focus to ensure the satisfaction of candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholdersWork on other administrative activities that may be assignedRequirements:The necessary work experience for this role includes relevant work experience, while the preferred work experience includes proficiency in administrative and clerical procedures, particularly in a recruitment setting, familiarity with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; must be detail-oriented to ensure accuracy of work and have strong organizational skills for managing schedules, prioritizing tasks and maintaining files and records.The necessary qualifications for this role include a tertiary degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.Skills:How to Apply:To submit your application, click "Apply" and follow the step by step process.Equal Employment Opportunity:QBE is an equal opportunity employer and is required to comply with equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction it operates.
