HR Operation Leader, BTR Mediterranean New Material Technology is strengthening its HR team to accompany the growth of our new industrial projects. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Operations Leader.The HR Operations Leader is responsible for overseeing all HR operational processes within BTR Morocco, ensuring compliance with Moroccan labor laws and alignment with company policies. This role leads the payroll and attendance team, manages employee files and disciplinary cases, and serves as the primary interface with administrative and labor authorities. The position requires a deep understanding of local HR practices, a strong leadership, organizational, and compliance management skills, ideally gained in a large industrial or manufacturing environment.Main responsibilities :1. HR Operations Management- Supervise and coordinate the daily HR administration activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all HR processes.- Lead and develop the Payroll and Attendance operations to ensure timely and accurate salary processing, attendance control, and compliance with internal and external requirements.- Maintain and update all employee records, including contracts, personal files, disciplinary documentation, and legal correspondences.- Oversee the preparation of HR reports and ensure data reliability across systems (SAGE, SAP).2. Payroll & Attendance supervision- Validate payroll inputs, deductions, and statutory declarations (CNSS, AMO, IR, etc.).- Guarantee payroll accuracy, compliance with labor and tax laws, and internal audit readiness.- Supervise and validate the integration and proper functioning of SAGE system modules and support migration or integration with SAP if applicable.- Supervise attendance tracking, leave management, and absenteeism reporting to support labor cost control and workforce planning.3. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations- Handle all aspects of disciplinary management, including warnings, hearings, and termination procedures in compliance with Moroccan labor law.- Manage relationships with labor authorities, including inspections, disputes, and documentation of company responses.- Support constructive communication between management and employees to promote a transparent, compliant, and harmonious work environment.- Coordinate with legal counsel and external partners on labor-related disputes or administrative matters.4. Compliance & Continuous Improvement- Ensure company HR practices are fully compliant with Moroccan legislation and internal standards.- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance HR operational efficiency and data accuracy.- Insure regular information and advice on policies, procedures, and compliance updates.Requirements :- Master’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration within an industrial or manufacturing setting.- Proficiency in SAGE; experience with SAP is highly preferred.- Advanced knowledge of Moroccan labor law and disciplinary procedures is required.- Proven ability to manage HR administrative processes, payroll, and employee relations independently.- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.Interested candidates are invited to send their CV torecrutement.ma@btrchina.com with 'HR Operations Leader' in reference.
