With a successful online presence, 40+ stores around the world, dedicated B2B partners and over 22,000+ retail and branded stores, we can’t wait to take this journey to the next level – with you!Your Responsibilities At Waterdrop®Ensure smooth and compliant HR administration across contracts, registrations, HRIS and labour law topics.Maintain and develop HR policies, processes and documentation with a focus on scalability and efficiency.Own employee data management in the HRIS, ensuring high data quality, confidentiality and regular audits.Own and manage payroll processes together with external partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Oversee time & attendance and employee benefits administration.Act as first point of contact for employees regarding payroll, labour law and HR operations questions.Support onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end.Drive continuous improvement of HR operations and take ownership of smaller HR projects.Support HR Business Partners, recruiting and people development topics when needed.Your Strengths And Qualifications2+ years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll or HR Administration, preferably in a fast-growing and international environment.Fluency in German and English ; any other languages are a plusStrong knowledge of payroll, labour law and HR processes; international payroll experience is a plus.Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and digital HR tools.Structured, detail-oriented and reliable, with a pragmatic and solution-driven mindset.Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude towards employees and stakeholders.Analytical mindset with confidence in working with data, reports and KPIs.Proactive, improvement-driven and not afraid to challenge existing processes.What We Offer YouA high-achieving, international community of waterdrop® colleagues, located in a brand-new HQ in Vienna, Austria.Development opportunities in one of the fastest-growing e-commerce companies in Europe.MyClubs sports vouchers, to have a sporty balance.In-house fitness centre.
