We are offering now a set of exciting positions in our headquarters in Athens, across multiple departments and areas of expertise.ELPEDISON, with its two privately-owned power plants in Thisvi (Voiotia) and Thessaloniki, with a total installed capacity of 820 MW, uses natural gas as fuel and ensures a clean and continuous electricity flow, based on a highly environmentally-friendly power generation process.We are currently looking for an HR Operations Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the smooth execution of HR operational processes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and maintaining accurate employee data. The role plays a key part in payroll coordination, employee support, and the implementation of HR initiatives. Additionally, the HR Operations Specialist acts as a business partner to internal stakeholders, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR services and employee experience.What will you do: Coordinate the payroll process in collaboration with the HR Operations & Business Support Section Manager, ensuring data accuracy and timely submissionOversee the administration and compliance of the digital work card system, ensuring accurate time tracking and reporting - Submit labor-related overtime and shift schedules, ensuring compliance with labor legislationAct as a liaison between HR and employees, providing timely and professional support, addressing inquiries and resolving issuesSupport onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new hiresAdminister employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate execution and effective communicationMaintain and update employee records and documentation in compliance with internal policies and legal requirementsParticipate in the planning and execution of HR-related projectsWhat you need to be successful: A BSc in Economics, Business, Statistics, Social Science or PsychologyA Post-graduate degree will be considered an asset. 1-3 years of relevant working experience in H.R. Administration & analytics, preferably within a multinational settingAdvanced level of English speaking skills. Good command of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Good Stakeholder management and Accountability: Anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholdersTalent Development Skills: Developing people to meet both their career goals and the organization's goalsGood prioretization, organizational and time management skills.
