The role involves handling administrative HR processes, supporting recruitment, managing payroll-related tasks, coordinating learning and development activities and ensuring accurate HR documentation and record-keeping improvement of people processes. This position ensures accuracy, compliance and efficiency across administrative, recruitment, payroll and learning activities while fostering a positive employee experience.Direct Reporting Line: Operations DirectorFunctional Reporting Line: CHROMain ResponsibilitiesAdministrative DutiesMaintain accurate physical and electronic HR recordsSupport HR projects and initiatives from planning to implementationPrepare HR-related reports and metricsMaintain and update the company’s organizational chartAssist in creating and updating job descriptionsEnsure compliance with local labor regulations and internal policiesManage employee lifecycle documentation (contracts, amendments, terminations)Payroll & BenefitsRecord and file overtime, attendance and leave dataManage employee expense reports and coordinate benefit programs (travel, insurance, allowances)Support the onboarding and hiring process with documentation and data entryLiaise with external payroll providers (if applicable)Ensure timely and accurate payroll data submissionSupport with salary benchmarking & job architecture, MBO processes, etc.Attraction & RecruitmentPost job ads on recruitment platforms and other mediaConduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interview schedulingParticipate in employer branding initiatives and eventsCollect, organize and maintain CV databasesSupport the candidate screening process and participate in interviewsAssist in implementing HR development policies, systems and processesLearning & DevelopmentCoordinate onboarding activities and ensure smooth integration of new employeesOrganize internal and external training programsMaintain and update training records and participation logsSupport performance evaluation processes and employee goal-setting cyclesQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field3 to 5 years of previous experience in HR administration preferredGood knowledge of HR procedures, documentation and basic labor regulations - Solid understanding of HR procedures and basic labor law principlesExperience with HRIS systems is a plusIndustrial background is a plusLanguagesProficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
