HR Recruiter - temp

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our global Talent Acquisition team at Stratasys.This role offers the opportunity to lead meaningful recruitment processes, work closely with hiring managers, and bring initiative, creativity, and innovative thinking into our recruitment practices , with a strong focus on inclusion, diversity, and equitable hiring.Temporary position ~8 months | 80% roleLocation: Rehovot | HybridKey ResponsibilitiesLead meaningful recruitment processes in close partnership with hiring managersProactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and creative sourcing approachesConduct phone and in-person interviews and support the hiring process through the offer stageBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsEnsure a positive and professional candidate experienceCoordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates and internal stakeholdersAdditionally, support recruitment processes for contractors, students, internships, and internal mobility initiativesWork with placement agencies and support the employeeRequirementsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field – advantageAt least 2 years of recruiting experience, including minimum 1 year in an in-house role – requiredStrong sourcing capabilities and hands-on experience with LinkedIn RecruiterHigh level of English, both written and verbalExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsService-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple prioritiesCuriosity and openness to innovation, including the use of AI and automation tools in recruiting
