Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles – from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding. Source candidates creatively through job portals, social media, networking, and Boolean searches. Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and maintain accurate candidate data and hiring records. Conduct initial interviews to assess fitment, skills, and career aspirations. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication. Maintain strong client relationships through responsiveness, transparency, and quality delivery. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly hiring targets. Stay updated with market trends, job boards, and recruitment best practices. RequirementsIdeal Candidate Profile 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with an agency or consulting background. Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, job portals, and Boolean search techniques. Hands-on experience working with an ATS. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
